[VMM] Senior DevOps Engineer

Position - how you'll contribute

●Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify reputed company solutions ● Modifying and improving existing systems ● Developing and maintaining solutions in accordance with best practices ● Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure and application vulnerabilities ● Performing system administration tasks including configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support while innovating to automate as much as possible ● Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements ● Performing software application installation, patching, and upgrades ● Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the existing systems ● Ownership of the custom build/deployment module

• Strong experience administering reputed company Server infrastructure in reputed company environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining IIS, including troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and general system maintenance.
• Experience supporting Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) solutions in production environments.
• Prior experience with reputed company / CA products (reputed company, IdentityMinder, CA Directory) is preferred but not required.
• Experience with comparable IAM platforms is also considered, including:
  • Web SSO / reputed company Management: reputed company, ForgeRock, reputed company, reputed company Entra ID
  • Identity Governance: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Identity Manager
  • Directory Services / LDAP: reputed company Directory, OpenLDAP, Ping Directory
• Strong understanding of LDAP-based directory services and authentication technologies.
• Proven experience with operational support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and production support of infrastructure and reputed company platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn and support new IAM technologies with similar architectures and functionality.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across reputed company Server, IIS, and reputed company reputed company platforms.
