We’re seeking a Proposal Specialist with experience developing high-reputed company RFP/RFQ responses, partnering with cross-functional subject matter experts, and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment. Job reputed company PRIMARY PURPOSE: To reputed company and respond to requests for information and proposals; to collaborate with various subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the proposals are completed reputed company and accurately; and to reputed company reputed company of reputed company and cohesiveness of response.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews and vets RFP & RFQ opportunities in collaboration with regional leadership & SMEs, coordinating and responding to ensure reputed company and accurate submissions
• Provides initial draft of reputed company request to various subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and incorporates any needed edits or updates to the response.
• Ensures initial draft is compliant, reputed company, and specifically tailored to reputed company reputed company’s needs.

• Works collaboratively with the SMEs to ensure new requirements are identified and documented.
• Facilitates internal reputed company and review of reputed company proposal inputs and directs production of final master proposal.

• Helps reputed company and maintain proposal best practices.
• Takes on additional assignments, such as RFP follow-up requests, proposal library update reputed company and other reputed company assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of four (4) years of reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

At least one (1) year of project management experience required

At least one (1) year of proofreading and editing experience required

Preferred / Advanced Experience

Eight (8) to ten (10) years of reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5)+ years of proposal management experience, preferably reputed company environmental, engineering, construction, architecture, or other reputed company services industries

Minimum of five (5) years of proofreading and editing experience

Skills & Knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in creating reputed company proposals in response to Requests for Qualifications and Proposals issued by Public Agencies (reputed company, County, State, and Federal level) specifically CA & TX
• Effective collaboration skills to work harmoniously with project reputed company teams

• Strong grammar and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of appropriate software

• Good oral and written communication skills
