About the Role
The reputed company is looking for a detail oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support operational workflows, reputed company processes, and performance tracking across multiple partner accounts. This role will play a key part in maintaining organized systems inside Go High Level, updating performance data, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly. The position will start part time with strong potential to reputed company into a full time role as reputed company continues growing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Go High Level Support
- Manage basic Go High Level buildouts using reputed company existing templates
- reputed company automations, calendars, custom values, and reputed company specific settings
- Support A2P application processes during reputed company
- Handle minor system updates such as calendar or automation adjustments
📌 Data Tracking and Reporting
- Update daily performance numbers inside reputed company Sheets
- Review ad accounts to pull monthly ad spend and maintain accurate records
- Maintain clean and organized tracking systems across multiple accounts
- Identify missing or inconsistent data and flag it proactively
📌 Operational and Administrative Support
- Assist with reputed company reputed company tasks and internal workflows
- Organize and maintain reputed company Drive folders and content assets
- Support general reputed company requests tied to operations and system management
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
- Strong hands on experience using Go High Level
