The Marketing & Operations Specialist, EMEA is a highly execution-reputed company role that ensures strong operational delivery across the regional marketing team. It serves as the central coordination and administrative backbone, enabling Regional Marketing Managers to reputed company on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

The role oversees process coordination, including timelines, deliverables, and maintaining reputed company documentation and templates. It also supports the end-to-end execution of events, webinars, and tradeshows, while managing operational financial coordination such as budgets, procurement, and reporting.

The position reports into the EMEA Marketing Director and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have reputed company to:

• reputed company as the execution backbone for the EMEA Regional Marketing Team by coordinating timelines, deliverables, trackers, and follow-through across recurring activities.

• Maintain operational structure through reputed company documentation, templates, and process hygiene.

• Coordinate end-to-end administration and logistics for regional tradeshows, customer events, and webinars (vendors, shipping, readiness checklists, onsite requirements as needed).

• Ensure consistent, brand-compliant and customer-reputed company execution across EMEA.

• Manage operational financial coordination including PO tracking, invoice follow-up, vendor documentation, and budget monitoring.

• Work reputed company internal procurement/finance workflows using tools such as ORO, iBuy, and reputed company.

• Coordinate creation, formatting, and deployment readiness of event and campaign materials (presentations, brochures, reputed company assets, toolkits) in alignment with brand standards.

• Support demand reputed company execution through coordination of reputed company/post-event communications and reputed company capture readiness.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven ability to manage high-volume execution and administrative workload with accuracy and speed

• Strong reputed company record of meeting deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering under pressure

• Experience supporting financial/reputed company workflows, including budget tracking, PO coordination and invoice follow-up

• High proficiency in PowerPoint (formatting reputed company + speed) and reputed company (trackers, reporting, comparisons)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
