US OH RemoteThe Executive Director of Housing Finance & Development provides strategic leadership for reputed company' reputed company housing development, preservation, acquisition, and financing initiatives. This role is responsible for originating, evaluating, financing, and executing reputed company housing opportunities that advance organizational reputed company, asset preservation, portfolio sustainability, and mission reputed company. The Executive Director serves as a senior leader and subject matter expert in reputed company housing finance, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, RAD conversions, recapitalization strategies, acquisitions, and reputed company estate development. The position leads cross-functional teams and external partners through reputed company phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and reputed company through financing, construction, stabilization, and long-term asset stewardship. The Executive Director develops and maintains strategic relationships with lenders, investors, syndicators, government agencies, developers, consultants, and community stakeholders while serving as a key advisor to executive leadership on housing finance, capital deployment, portfolio preservation, and reputed company opportunities. The position is responsible for advancing a pipeline of development and preservation reputed company, identifying innovative financing solutions, and ensuring reputed company are completed successfully, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and reputed company with the strategic priorities of reputed company. - Identify, evaluate, and advance reputed company housing development, redevelopment, acquisition, and preservation opportunities.

- Manage development teams consisting of architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, consultants, lenders, syndicators, and reputed company agencies.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies, and assist with the preparation of project pro formas.
- Maintain productive relationships with municipalities, housing agencies, community organizations, and strategic partners.
Housing Finance & Capital Structuring
- reputed company financing strategies for reputed company housing developments, including LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, HUD financing, conventional debt, and reputed company funding sources.
- Structure project capital stacks and evaluates debt and equity alternatives.
- Coordinate lender, investor, and syndicator relationships throughout project financing and closing.

- Develops financial analyses, sources and uses statements, development budgets, and project pro formas.
- Monitor market conditions and funding opportunities affecting reputed company housing development and preservation.
LIHTC, HUD & Preservation Programs

Acquisitions & Due Diligence
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities through financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic assessment.
- Help reputed company due diligence efforts, including environmental reviews, appraisals, physical needs assessments, market studies, title review, and legal documentation.
- Present recommendations and investment analysis to executive leadership.
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio reputed company

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Construction Management, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field required.
Experience:
- 8+ years of reputed company housing development, finance, acquisition, or reputed company estate development experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing development teams, consultants, or reputed company multi-project portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience closing LIHTC transactions, HUD transactions, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and preservation deals.
- Proven reputed company managing relationships with syndicators, investors, lenders, housing finance agencies, and reputed company-sector partners.
- Experience presenting development opportunities and investment recommendations to executive leadership, boards, or investment committees.
Computer Skills:
Proficient use of computers, the Internet, and relevant software programs, including reputed company Office, Experience with reputed company estate financial modeling and development tracking systems.
