reputed company is seeking a Facility Category Manager to manage sourcing and supplier relationship activities reputed company the Facilities Management category across the reputed company and Latin America reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, developing supplier partnerships, supporting global category strategies, and driving cost savings and process improvements.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven reputed company, and the ability to balance regional execution with global alignment. You will work closely with the Global Facility Category reputed company and the Strategic Sourcing team to ensure reputed company’s sourcing reputed company supports both operational and strategic business goals.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Facility Category reputed company to execute global strategies and ensure alignment across reputed company reputed company

• Manage the RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) process from initiation through contract award, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and regional requirements
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and supplier consolidation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across reputed company Estate, Finance, and Procurement to ensure cross-functional alignment and support
• reputed company subject matter expertise on Facilities reputed company, including reputed company and legal terms (SLA, KPI, liability, indemnity, and service governance)
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing and procurement policies, escalating non-compliance reputed company necessary

Education and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management, preferably reputed company Facilities Management or Corporate reputed company Estate
• Proven reputed company record of developing and executing category strategies in a regional or global environment
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field
• Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage
• Experience working in a multinational environment and across cultural and time zone differences
• Some travel may be required
