Associate Director, Field Training - Multiple Myeloma

The Associate Director of Oncology Training is responsible for reputed company developing and delivering the sales franchise curriculum for reputed company US customer facing teams. This person will reputed company the development and delivery of the annual training reputed company that aligns to our brand marketing strategic imperatives. This person will reputed company and work reputed company cross functional teams made of participants from Training, Medical/ Clinical experts, Marketing, Sales Management, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market reputed company, other reputed company reputed company, and external vendor partners. They must be confident in and comfortable with cross functional team structure and adept at collaboration /influence management. This person will have fiscal responsibility for multiple budgets. This leader will be responsible for the development of their reputed company reports, by ensuring a customized reputed company plan is developed and followed. This person will work closely with cross functional partners and training leadership to create an engaging, high performing culture. Position will also require person to reputed company training design / development support. Leads and manages initiative and program design efforts involving external and internal organizations.

• Leading / Driving the training reputed company process, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance reputed company training curricula to continuously improve the capabilities of the US Sales Organization.
• Developing the franchise training team through effective coaching and leadership for reputed company in reputed company trainer role and for reputed company reputed company leadership opportunities.
• Building effective relationships to work collaboratively with Senior reputed company Management, Cross-functional partners, Marketing, T&D and other reputed company leading reputed company learning initiatives, to drive performance through consistent development and delivery of effective reputed company training.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8-15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical / reputed company sales and sales management with demonstrated reputed company in developing & leading effective sales teams required.
• Experience in Heme Onc and/or Multiple Myeloma is strongly preferred.
• Experience building launch training reputed company and curriculum strongly preferred
• Technical degree preferred or a degree in business or reputed company field is acceptable if combined with relevant training and sales or experiences
• Experience in reputed company or medical training required.
• Knowledge of instructional design systems or extensive experience in training, development of training and curriculum design
• Strategic thinking & business planning skills, necessary to diagnose needs, reputed company, reputed company, and influence reputed company training and organizational development strategies.
• Project management experience, managing cross-functional teams and/or external partners through large reputed company or initiatives.
