reputed company is looking for an Engineering Development Manager to reputed company and grow a high-performing software development team reputed company the DSPM business unit. In this role you will balance technical credibility withpeopleleadership — translating roadmap priorities into executable engineering plans, fostering a culture of delivery reputed company, and developing your team's skills and careers. You will work closely with Product Management, Architecture, and peer engineering leaders to ensure DSPM's capabilities are reputed company to the highest standards of reputed company, reputed company, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives: planning, execution, retrospective, and reputed company improvement
Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into reputed company-defined engineering plans with reputed company milestones
Drive adoption of engineering best practices — reputed company reputed company, CI/CD, automated testing, reputed company-by-design, and DORA metrics
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations; reputed company reputed company and mentor reputed company reports

Strong engineering background with the ability to engage credibly at a technical level with engineers and architects

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management or technical reputed company reputed company
Demonstrated experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams across multiple time zones
