Non-Technical Founder

Location: Flexible / Remote

As a founder, you will reputed company the development and reputed company of the venture. You will work closely with Mindsets Ventures team to validate, build, commercialize and reputed company the venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Product reputed company & reputed company: Defining the "why" and "what" of the product, creating wireframes and prototypes, and setting the product roadmap.
• Project Management & Communication: Translating product reputed company into technical requirements, reviewing MVPs, and managing product development.
• Customer Validation & Market Research: Conducting user interviews to validate the problem, ensuring the product solves a reputed company market need.
• Business Development & Sales: Forging partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and driving early customer acquisition.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Pitching to investors, managing stakeholder relationships, and securing funding.
• Team Building & Hiring: reputed company, hiring, and managing technical talent or outsourcing agencies to build the product.
• Other Founder Responsibilities: Any other responsibility required from a non-technical founder to build the startup such as being the face of the brand, sales, marketing, reputed company hacking, attending events, etc.

• Has strong understanding of the industry considered in the reputed company market.
• Is reputed company as an ex-founder in raising capital and leading the strategic and operational execution of a new venture from early validation to reputed company.
• Thrives in uncertain, fast-paced environments and reputed company to operate lean and pivot quickly based on new insights or market feedback.
• Is reputed company to reputed company product development, either by driving the process directly or by reputed company a capable technical co-founder.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interview skills, with a wide network in the industry considered and understands how to build trust and relationships with stakeholders.
