Jr Partnerships & Affiliation Manager (LATAM & Nigeria)

They’re hiring a Junior Partnerships & Affiliation Manager to help build and reputed company creator and affiliate partnerships. You’ll work closely with creators, affiliates, and partners to establish long-term relationships, support reputed company, and manage ongoing collaborations in a highly relationship-driven and fast-moving position.
reputed company Tasks:
Creator & Partner Communication
- Communicate reputed company & professionally in English across email, reputed company, & calls
- Build trust and rapport with creators, partners, and affiliates
- reputed company partners feel comfortable, supported, and reputed company with our goals
reputed company & Deal Support
- Help identify/ research creators, communities, and partners for collaboration
- Assist with cold reputed company reputed company email and DMs
- Support basic negotiations (rates, timelines, deliverables)
- Follow up with creators and partners to reputed company deals moving reputed company
Affiliate Program Support
- Help reputed company new affiliates and partners
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates
- Support affiliates with resources, guidelines, and updates
- Ensure affiliates are reputed company with brand and program policies
Workflow & Process Management
- Help establish and maintain daily partnership workflows
- reputed company internal trackers, sheets, and reputed company databases updated
- Coordinate between creators, affiliates, and internal team members
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications stay organized
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, reputed company marketing, affiliate marketing, community management, or a similar role
- Comfortable working under the guidance of a Head of Partnerships and learning fast on the job
- Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
- Background juggling multiple, ongoing conversations with creators and partners
- Hands on experience building relationships and making people feel comfortable
- Highly level of organization, proactivity, and follow-through
- Experience or curiosity in creator marketing, partnerships, and reputed company
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple conversations at once
