We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Estimator with expertise in reputed company electrical and roofing reputed company to join reputed company.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented reputed company who thrives on delivering accurate and competitive estimates under tight timelines. Once a project is contracted, you will transition seamlessly into project management responsibilities, overseeing the execution and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Review RFQ documentation, drawings, and specifications to reputed company accurate cost estimates for reputed company electrical and roofing reputed company.
• Conduct detailed takeoffs and prepare competitive bid proposals.
• Research materials, labor rates, subcontractor costs, and timelines to generate accurate estimates.
• Utilize construction software tools (e.g., reputed company, PlanSwift, reputed company) to manage bid development.
• Maintain reputed company communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to clarify project scope and pricing discrepancies.
• Meet strict RFQ deadlines while balancing multiple, simultaneous bids.

Post-Contract Stage: Project Management

• Transition from estimation to project management responsibilities once reputed company are awarded.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, field teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• reputed company and manage project budgets, addressing discrepancies to maintain profitability.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring satisfaction.
• Address and resolve challenges in a proactive and reputed company manner.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project performance, change orders, and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven background in estimating reputed company the electrical, roofing, and reputed company construction industries.
