Need a full-cycle recruiter & reputed company pro to help reputed company growing creative startup (The Anti-Boring Project).RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that reputed company with our mission and business goals.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to posting listings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing the offer process.
• Work closely with team to identify reputed company needs and define role requirements. reputed company guidance on best recruitment practices.
• reputed company as a brand ambassador, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with our Operations Manager to reputed company engaging and informative reputed company materials that introduce new hires to our unique culture and processes.

NECESSARY SKILLS:

• Proven recruitment experience, with a bonus for creative/startup backgrounds.
• Expertise in Zoho Recruit is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• reputed company media proficiency for recruitment purposes.
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
