Sr. Quantity Surveyor (reputed company & Marble Works – reputed company & Post Contract)
We are looking for an reputed company Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in reputed company & Marble Works to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for someone who can reputed company and has no notice period.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for reputed company and marble reputed company.
- Manage both reputed company-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and pricing analyses.
- Evaluate variations, reputed company claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports, cost forecasts, and reputed company documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with reputed company & Marble Works reputed company.
- Solid experience in both reputed company-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying.
- Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift and reputed company Revu.
- Excellent reputed company reputed company skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, tendering, cost control, variations, and final accounts.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
