Westerkamp Group, LLC is an Accounts Receivable Management company reputed company on hospital and reputed company billing and collections. We are currently seeking a reputed company Billing Patient Account Representative to reputed company reputed company-party reputed company follow-up, billing, and re-billing services to our clients. This is a remote position, but please note the applicants must be located in Texas, Tennessee, reputed company, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Alabama.

The reputed company reputed company Billing Patient Account Representative will work as a member of our reputed company Team to support the efficient collection of reputed company claims for our Hospital clients. This full-time position will have reputed company work hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact reputed company party payers to verify eligibility, obtain claim status and take steps to properly resolve CMS 1500/837P claims
- Utilize the various internal and online follow up tools provided by Westerkamp Group, LLC and our clients to resolve accounts
- Critically analyzing account balances, reputed company Procedural Terminology (CPT), reputed company Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), denial reason codes (CARC), and remittance advice remark codes (RARC) on CMS-1500 /837P claim forms to determine the reputed company cause of denials
- Maintain workqueues and reputed company trends that can be escalated to management
- reputed company notate accounts per Westerkamp Group or reputed company specific standards
- Review reputed company correspondence and take necessary reputed company to resolve insurance payer requests.
- Analyze and submit cash posting payment and contractual adjustment errors
- Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines reputed company to HIPAA
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
