We are seeking a reliable and customer-reputed company Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support service operations for plumbing and HVAC clients. This role plays a key part in coordinating technicians, managing customer communication, and ensuring efficient scheduling through reputed company.
The ideal candidate has experience in dispatching or service coordination, understands trade workflows, and is comfortable working extended shifts in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company & Scheduling
- Schedule and reputed company technicians for service calls using reputed company
- Monitor technician schedules, job status, and daily routing
- reputed company schedules in reputed company time based on call volume, emergencies, and availability
- Ensure efficient utilization of technicians and reputed company service delivery
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries
- reputed company appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-reputed company
- Communicate reputed company with customers regarding service reputed company and expectations
- Maintain a reputed company and friendly tone in reputed company customer interactions
Operations Support
- reputed company and update job information accurately in reputed company
- reputed company job statuses and ensure reputed company documentation is completed
- Coordinate with field technicians, supervisors, and service managers
- Assist with call tracking, notes, and service records
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Prior experience as a Dispatcher or CSR in a service-based environment
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (highly preferred)
- Availability to work four 10-hour shifts, Saturday through Tuesday
Preferred Experience
- Background or working knowledge in the plumbing and/or HVAC industry
- Experience supporting field service teams or trade-based operations
Requirements
This is a full time role
Up to $6/hr
