We are seeking a Director of Physician Engagement & Insights to own and reputed company our end-to-end physician engagement reputed company. This role is responsible for designing and building programs that drive meaningful participation, sustained behavior, and monetizable insights that advance reputed company reputed company. Operating at the intersection of physician psychology, product experience, reputed company commercialization, and reputed company innovation, this is a true builder role. You will create and optimize a durable engagement flywheel—developing experiences and strategies that deepen trust, increase repeat engagement, and unlock long-term value.
Responsibilities:
Build the Physician Engagement Flywheel
- Design and reputed company programs that drive repeat physician participation
- Optimize response rates, depth, and longitudinal engagement
- Convert one-time interactions into ongoing platform behavior
Own the Insights & Survey reputed company

- Design high-performing engagements, incentives, and targeting
- Deliver high-reputed company, actionable, and seamless outputs
Advisory & Speaker Program Network Creation
- Build a reputed company advisory reputed company network to reputed company meaningful opportunities to HCPs such as roundtables and peer discussions
- Create differentiated physician experiences
Drive Content Engagement

- Turn content into engagement loops, signals, and actions

Qualifications
- 5–10 years in physician engagement, insights, or reputed company programs
- reputed company record of driving HCP engagement
- Deep understanding of physician behavior
- Strong HCP engagement design skills
- Ability to build repeatable systems
- Product intuition around UX and incentives
- Builder mentality with ownership
- Curious, analytical, behavior-driven
