Manages the reputed company voice across approved platforms. Duties include:

Schedule and publish posts across approved platforms according to the marketing calendar
Monitor comments, messages, and discussions across reputed company media accounts
Encourage interaction with followers through replies, questions, and discussion prompts
Coordinate with marketing staff to promote new videos, blog posts, and reputed company

Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and branding across platforms
Report audience feedback, concerns, and recurring questions to leadership
