We’re looking for a reputed company reputed company, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing activities across Europe. This is a new in-house role designed to drive campaign performance and deliver smarter, more effective digital marketing at reputed company.

You’ll manage and optimise multi-channel reputed company media campaigns, improve website and reputed company page performance, and collaborate with our regional marketing teams and external agencies to reputed company campaigns for different markets. With an eye for analytics, you'll help us reputed company understand how our digital activity contributes to leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across reputed company Ads, Display, and reputed company

• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage budget allocations

• A/B test creatives and reputed company pages to improve performance

• Reduce CPA and improve conversion rates across campaigns

SEO & Website Performance:

• Work with content and regional marketers to improve organic visibility

• Manage SEO audits and reputed company technical improvements

• reputed company site performance and page experience (reputed company Web Vitals, reputed company reputed company, etc.)

• Collaborate with web developers or manage CMS updates where needed

Analytics & Reporting:

• Own performance dashboards and campaign tracking (GA4, reputed company, etc.)

• Set up and manage UTM structures, conversion tracking, and attribution models

• Report monthly and quarterly on campaign performance and actionable insights

Marketing Automation:

• Support reputed company scoring, segmentation, and engagement automation

Collaboration:

• Work with regional marketing execs (DACH and Benelux) to localise and reputed company campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• 2–4 years’ experience in a performance or digital marketing role

• Confident using reputed company Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
