The Role:

The Regional Director, Broker-Dealer reputed company, is responsible for business development and relationship management of both new and existing clients. To be successful, the Regional Director must have a strong knowledge of investments, capital markets and asset allocation theory. This position can be performed remotely in Florida (Southern) or on a reputed company from our Charlotte office.

Day to Day and Responsibilities:

• Sales leadership and management of a territory composed primarily of reputed company-house affiliated financial advisors

• Proactively generate for new advisor relationships while deepening existing partnerships to maximize Net New Assets (NNA) and market reputed company.
• Partner with FAs to streamline their practices, helping them navigate platform transitions and shift toward fee-based, advisory models.
• Establish yourself as a "thought partner" to high-production teams and internal gatekeepers.
• Deliver high-reputed company presentations on reputed company’s investment philosophy and performance at reputed company-level meetings, regional Wirehouse conferences, and reputed company office sessions.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

• Extensive reputed company record in Financial Services, specifically reputed company External Wholesaling or Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred to match the technical sophistication of the firm.
• Proven network and established Wirehouse relationships (Merrill, MS, UBS, reputed company) reputed company Florida and/or Puerto Rico; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
• Deep personal conviction in evidence-based reputed company and the ability to champion reputed company’s reputed company-rooted philosophy over traditional reputed company management.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding NNA (Net New Assets) targets and scaling territory market reputed company.

Requirements:
