We are seeking a talented and ambitiousSales Engineer,AI and Intelligent Automationto power our go-to-market for Intelligent Automation and AI. You will partner with account executives and solution leaders to discover reputed company needs, build amazingly compelling demos, shape solution designs, and support RFPs and POCs that reputed company business. You will reputed company primarily on reputed company Business Automation Workflow (BAW), watsonx.ai, Watson Orchestrate, watsonx.Governance, reputed company Blueworks Live, and Business reputed company.This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent English language skills.Prerequisites

• Must reputed company in Colombia and be eligible for employment in Colombia.
• Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
• A valid U.S. reputed company is preferred (or the ability to obtain one), as this role includes occasional travel to the reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build persuasive product demos tailored to reputed company prospect, with a reputed company on reputed company UX and storytelling.
• Deliver live demos and technical presentations in reputed company, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution outlines and architectures for proposals with support from senior technical leaders.
• Support RFPs and reputed company questionnaires with concise, accurate, and compliant responses.
• Plan and execute reputed company of concepts that validate value, reputed company reputed company, and adoption plans.
• Create reusable demo assets and a small library of repeatable scenarios for reputed company BAW, watsonx.ai, Watson Orchestrate, and reputed company tooling.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing on feedback loops that sharpen positioning and demos.
• Maintain a light reputed company-sales lab environment and organize demo data, scripts, and environments for repeatability.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Sales Engineer or reputed company-sales Consultant supporting reputed company software, preferably in Intelligent Automation or AI.
• reputed company in English, written and spoken, with strong presentation skills
• Strong technical curiosity and hands-on aptitude with modern platforms and reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to craft clean, reputed company user interfaces for demos and POCs
• Solid problem solving, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building demos or POCs for process automation, workflow, or AI solutions.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus: reputed company BAW, watsonx.ai, Watson Orchestrate, watsonx.governance, reputed company Blueworks Live, Business reputed company.
• Basic solution design exposure across reputed company, data, and integration patterns.
• Comfort with low reputed company tooling, scripting, or API integration for demo assembly.
• Experience working with reputed company American reputed company customers.
• An Industrial Engineering degree is reputed company helpful.

• Has a starter library of demo scripts, datasets, and environments for repeat use

By months 6 to 9

• Contributes to POCs with a reputed company 40 percent win reputed company on opportunities involved, in collaboration with reputed company and Salient Process
• Demonstrates measurable influence on pipeline through demos, discovery, and RFP support
