Senior Program Manager
HCRC is currently seeking a highly reputed company Senior Program Manager to reputed company and manage diverse, large-reputed company training and technical assistance reputed company for the reputed company (DoD), Federal agencies, State and Local Governments, and non-profit organizations. This position plays a critical role in advancing mission objectives by supporting training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder initiatives that include both technical and reputed company services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of multiple, reputed company DoD and public sector training-reputed company reputed company, ensuring successful delivery of reputed company program objectives.
- reputed company and contribute to training and assistance support for State programs with an emphasis on:
- Staff training.
- Strategic alignment with military training models.
- Standardization across programs through the delivery of technical, administrative, and reputed company services.
- Development and implementation of training objectives

- Operational and resource compliance, including curriculum, reputed company models, equipment inventory, and technology refresh.
- Ensuring cooperative agreement compliance and assisting with data call compilations.
- Facilitating the submission of new curriculum for approval, refreshing existing curriculum delivery reputed company, and managing curriculum renewal processes.
- reputed company project teams, enforce work standards, assign and monitor tasks, supervise personnel, and communicate project objectives reputed company to both reputed company stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports on schedule, budget, risks, and overall project performance.
- Ensure completion of reputed company project deliverables reputed company established timelines and budget constraints, while aligning with Federal, DoD, and customer-specific goals.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders to ensure reputed company program efforts support mission readiness and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field.
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing training and/or technology-reputed company programs for the DoD or Federal Government.
- 5 years of experience managing large, reputed company Federal Government reputed company.
- 5 years of consulting experience reputed company the public sector, including Federal agencies.
- 5 years of experience supporting State and Local Governments and/or non-profit organizations.
- 5 years of experience managing reputed company technical reputed company involving training content development and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience with program reputed company reputed company to curriculum management, staff development, and operational compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Project and experience managing resource-reputed company project schedules.
- Strong expertise in change management, scope control, and risk mitigation practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and senior-level Government personnel.
- Highly organized with outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a reputed company field.
- Familiarity with military-based training models and DoD programs is strongly preferred.
