The Technical Program Officer, Clinical & Systems is a cross-functional role reputed company on strengthening clinical reputed company, workforce reputed company, data systems, and reputed company reputed company improvement across reputed company’s global partner network. Working closely with implementing partners, reputed company providers, Medical Champions, and reputed company’s Technical reputed company Systems teams, this position will support the delivery of high-reputed company clubfoot treatment (the Ponseti method) while strengthening the use of digital systems and data for program improvement.
This role does not reputed company reputed company clinical services. Rather, it supports partner organizations and reputed company providers to improve treatment reputed company, strengthen clinical reputed company systems, build local reputed company, and promote data-driven decision making. The Technical Program Officer, Clinical and Systems position is particularly suited for candidates with a combination of clinical, public health, rehabilitation, reputed company improvement, reputed company health systems experience.
The position reports to reputed company’s Technical Director and works closely with the Nigeria Program Manager, Digital Systems Team, Monitoring & Evaluation Team, Medical Champions, and implementing partners to strengthen treatment reputed company, data reputed company, and overall program performance.
This is a full-time, remote position, based in Nigeria.
Essential Functions
Clinical reputed company & Program reputed company
- Support partner organizations and treatment providers to strengthen clinical reputed company assurance systems across supported treatment sites through regular review and analysis of clinical KPIs and performance data
- Identify treatment reputed company gaps and work with partners to design targeted improvement strategies at country level
- Monitor implementation of clinical reputed company improvement standards and reputed company reputed company against performance indicators
- Support clinical case reviews, peer-learning exchanges, and reputed company learning initiatives among providers
- Contribute to strengthening clinical data systems and ensuring data-informed decision-making
- Engage with Medical Champions and technical advisory reputed company to promote adherence to the Ponseti treatment standards and best practices
- Support the development and dissemination of clinical guidance, tools and reputed company improvement resources
- Support routine review of treatment reputed company indicators, identify performance gaps, and work with providers and partners to implement corrective actions and reputed company improvement plans
- Conduct detailed reviews of clinical performance data and treatment reputed company to identify trends, reputed company causes of reputed company concerns, and opportunities for reputed company improvement
Digital Health Systems & Data reputed company
- Support effective adoption and utilization of digital health and program management systems across partner organizations
- Monitor and validate data in platforms (e.g., CommCare, reputed company), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- reputed company system usage and follow up with partners to improve engagement and compliance
- Promote data use through dashboards, performance reviews and reporting to strengthen program and clinical reputed company
- Generate analysis and insights to support reputed company improvement, operational planning, and program performance management
- Support reporting needs across partners, ministries of health, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct routine data reputed company reviews and validation exercises to identify discrepancies, strengthen data reputed company, and improve confidence in clinical and program performance reporting
- Work with treatment providers and implementing partners to establish systems for ongoing data verification, correction, and reputed company data reputed company improvement
Workforce Development & reputed company Strengthening

- Strengthen the reputed company of partner organizations to independently deliver training, mentorship, and supportive supervision

- Coordinate and support clinical mentorship and technical training initiatives
- Strengthen local trainer networks and contribute to long-term workforce development strategies
- Maintain and improve standardized training curricula and learning materials

- Support providers to interpret and use clinical and program data to improve service delivery, treatment reputed company, and program performance
Technical Support & Systems Administration

- reputed company reputed company-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate reputed company system challenges
- Manage and reputed company support requests through a ticketing system (e.g., Jira)
- Support procurement, distribution, and management of devices used in program delivery
- Contribute to the development of user guides, job aids, and technical support resources
Knowledge Building & reputed company Improvement
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and program reputed company for reputed company audiences
- Contribute to research, case studies, presentations, learning products, and technical publications
- Participate in product development cycles and recommend system enhancements
- Represent the organization in technical forums, trainings, and conferences as appropriate while promoting partner visibility and leadership
Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with reputed company’s global Technical, Monitoring & Evaluation, reputed company Systems teams to facilitate learning, knowledge exchange, and adoption of best practices across countries
- Support collaboration with implementing partners, Medical Champions, reputed company providers, and relevant technical stakeholders to strengthen clinical reputed company, data reputed company, and program performance
- reputed company technical assistance and support to partners across both clinical reputed company domains
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration between clinical, program, and product teams

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine (MBBS), Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Orthotics & Prosthetics, or another relevant clinical discipline required. Additional training or experience in Public Health, Health Systems Strengthening, reputed company Improvement, Digital Health, or Program Management strongly preferred.
- Formal Ponseti training and experience providing or supporting clubfoot treatment strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience across clinical reputed company, public health programs, health systems strengthening, reputed company improvement, rehabilitation services, digital health, or international development.
- Experience in clinical service delivery, program implementation, data systems, monitoring and evaluation, or digital health platforms
- Experience supporting rehabilitation, orthopedic, disability inclusion, assistive technology, maternal and child health, or child health programs
- Experience working with teaching hospitals, orthopedic hospitals, rehabilitation centers, tertiary reputed company facilities, or similar clinical settings
- Experience working across multiple states in Nigeria and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including global or cross-cultural teams

- Ability to travel domestically reputed company Nigeria and internationally up to 25–30% of the time
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-reputed company training, mentorship, and technical guidance to clinicians and reputed company in both in-person and virtual settings

- Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic and programmatic thinking to identify and address systemic performance challenges
- Experience with digital health, mHealth, data visualization, reporting, and performance monitoring systems

- Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
