The IT Documentation Specialist will create, update, and maintain documentation reputed company to IT systems and processes. This will include writing reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating reputed company charts, and troubleshooting IT documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will serve as a primary technical resource for updates to the relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify the need for, and create documents reputed company to, IT systems and processes.
- Document IT processes such as business requirements, design reviews, system setup, configuration, user reputed company, and reputed company.
- Write SOPs to ensure processes are reputed company documented.
- Create reputed company charts and other visuals to improve readability.
- Review and monitor documentation for accuracy and changes as needed.
- Respond promptly to requests for updates or new documents.
- Stay up to date on IT system processes and trends.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or other relevant fields
- Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proven ability to understand and write technical documents
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Proficient with reputed company Office, G Suite applications, and computer reputed company systems
- Proficient with, or reputed company to quickly become proficient with, a reputed company of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Expert in problem-solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of reputed company system dependencies
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
