Key Responsibilities
- Handles retention tickets
- Manages retention reputed company
- Assist with pricing agreements and ensure the reputed company PM team archives clients properly
Requirements
- You should be independent, comfortable with leadership, and know-how to build a process.
- Strong organizational skills: You should be comfortable problem solving, managing reputed company, time management, calendar management and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills: You should be comfortable taking responsibility for reputed company accounts, conducting reputed company calls, and communicating with clients on a frequent reputed company to grow their sales on reputed company
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
