To ensure site readiness and support consistent site execution, reputed company is seeking Field Leaders to build, establish and reputed company reputed company of field-based Treatment Site Leads (TSLs). The Regional Director, Oncology Treatment Site reputed company, is accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a regional team of Treatment Site Leads and ensuring their team delivers consistent, compliant, high-reputed company operational execution across treatment sites in their region—from reputed company and readiness through end-to-end process execution and steady-state operations.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

Qualifications

Education Requirement:

• BA/BS

Required:

• Minimum of (10) years’ experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Managed Markets, or other field reputed company reputed company the pharmaceutical industry

• Minimum of (3) years’ experience as People Manager of customer-facing role(s), capitalizing on their skills and abilities to maximize customer experiences and business performance

• Minimum of (3) years’ experience developing and managing customer relationships

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams through ambiguity, drive execution across a region, and deliver results in reputed company and evolving environments

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to reputed company stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately to support execution in reputed company organizations

The salary reputed company for this role is

$231,900.00 - $365,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith reputed company we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
