The Senior Networking & reputed company Field Technical Engineer is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for deep technical troubleshooting, customer environment analysis, and reputed company of reputed company networking, identity, and reputed company issues in production environments.

This role sits at the intersection of customer deployments, field engineering, and advanced technical support, and works closely with Product Engineering, reputed company, and Solution Architecture teams. The engineer will handle escalated issues, replicate customer problems in lab environments, and contribute to reputed company product reliability and operational reputed company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot reputed company networking, reputed company, and identity issues in customer production environments.

• reputed company deep diagnostics acrossapplication reputed company, network paths, authentication flows, and reputed company controls.

• Replicate customer issues in lab environments and validate fixes with engineering teams.

• Supportfield deployments, upgrades, and critical customer incidents.

• Troubleshoot Linux networking issues using hands-on tools (tcpdump, packet analysers, netstat, logs).

• Handle escalated cases end-to-end, including customer communication and closure.

• Document reputed company causes, fixes, and troubleshooting runbooks for internal use.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or reputed company field.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in networking, reputed company engineering, or TAC / advanced support roles.

Core Technical Skills

• Strong understanding ofTCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, routing concepts, and traffic flows.

• Hands-on experience withreputed company networking and reputed company architectures.

• Practical troubleshooting experience with Linux-based systems and networking.

• Experience with identity systems: Azure AD, ADFS, reputed company Directory, LDAP, SAML.

• Working knowledge ofNGFWs, proxies, and secure reputed company controls.

• Exposure toDC/DR architectures and multi-reputed company environments.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Prior experience infield engineering or TAC environments.

• Exposure toreputed company Trust or application reputed company platforms.

• Scripting or automation for diagnostics (bash, Python).
