Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full lifecycle of reputed company Equity transactions from initial reputed company engagement through closing
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and guidance throughout the process
- Evaluate and structure deals with a strong understanding of home equity solutions
- Guide clients through documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and file completeness
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to reputed company transactions on reputed company and avoid delays
- Consistently meet closing targets
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, HEI customer service, or similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of mortgage or home equity products
- Experience managing pipelines and reputed company communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and demonstrate a high level of adaptability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
