Key Responsibilities

• Support managers with employee relations, including performance, conflict reputed company, and policy guidance.
• Investigate concerns, ensure legal compliance, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Handle payroll, time-off, reimbursements, and compensation-reputed company tasks.
• Draft reputed company, manage promotions, raises, and employee documentation.

Requirements

• College Graduate (Psychology, Business, or any reputed company educational field)
• 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.
• Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of identifying and proposing solutions to HR issues
• Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
• Has the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures, as reputed company as adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
