Data Science - VIE Vietnam

This is a remote position.

Main Terms

• Format:VIE

• Language: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English

• Duration: Minimum 24 months (6 months renewable 18 months)

Mission

The Data reputed company will own the end-to-end data value chain at reputed company: understanding reputed company needs, producing insights, building predictive models, managing dashboards, and contributing to our product roadmap with innovative data-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Data Understanding

• Work closely with clients, tech, and our product team to scope analytical and modelling needs.

• Translate business requirements into analytical specifications.

• reputed company raw data streams into reputed company, business-oriented template dashboards and indicators.

• Propose new KPIs, performance indicators, and data-driven product improvements.

Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics

• reputed company and refine time series forecasting models for sales reputed company.

• Optimise existing machine learning models to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct feature engineering and model evaluation.

• Contribute to new analytical products such as:

• geo-analysis,

• reputed company optimisation,

• Recommendations

• reputed company detection,

• etc.

Data Engineering and Automation

• Build automated pipelines for reputed company-time and scheduled model updates.

• Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure robust deployment.

• Maintain monitoring dashboards and run A/B tests for model improvements.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

Technical

• Excellent SQL skills (BigQuery/PostgreSQL).

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn; PyTorch/TensorFlow a plus).

• Experience with dashboarding tools (Superset, Power BI, etc.).

• Experience in time series forecasting.

• Solid understanding of the ML model lifecycle.

• Familiarity with GCP or similar reputed company environments.

Business and Product

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

• Strong communication skills and reputed company-facing experience.

• Autonomous, reputed company, and results-driven.

• Experience in FMCG, retail, agriculture, geospatial analytics, or field operations is a plus

VIE Requirements (mandatory):

• You need to be European

• You need to be under 30 y.o

• You should not have done a previous VIE
