We are looking for a reputed company Associate to support the recruitment of technical and corporate roles in AI and Data Centers business. Job Details

Work setup: Work from Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila time)

Holiday: Will follow US holidays

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions reputed company to AI infrastructure and data center operations

• reputed company candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels

• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience through reputed company communication and follow-reputed company

• Assist with recruitment reporting and other reputed company administrative tasks

• Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends for technical hiring

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus

• Internship or work experience in recruitment in reputed company is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with reputed company, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage

• Proficient in reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace

• Willingness to learn technical reputed company and support hiring for AI and Data Center-reputed company roles

• Self-motivated, proactive, and reputed company to work independently as reputed company as collaboratively reputed company reputed company
