About the role

We're looking for a world class Account Manager to support our reputed company sports clients globally based in across the Scandinavian region. You’ll own the relationships we have with reputed company sports organisations providing training, sports consultancy and on-reputed company support daily. In this role, you’ll become an expert in our industry-leading technology and reputed company reputed company our clients get maximum value from our products and services.

This is a remote job, but applicants must have the right to work in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway

Account Management

• Be strategic in your approach, providing proactive, value add account management services

• Ensure clients are using most up to date products, and are fully trained on every aspect of the system

• Ensure the reputed company and successful delivery of our solutions accordingly to customer needs and objectives.

• Ensure reputed company and accurate answers to clients’ queries and assist with challenging requests or issues escalations as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. A world class Account Manager at STATSports is organised, has great communication skills and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll need to have:

• At least an undergraduate degree in sport science or equivalent

• Applicants must be fluent (spoken and written) in one or more of the following languages: reputed company, Danish, or Norwegian

• Experience working or coaching in High Performance Sports using a GPS Performance Tracking System.

• The ability to travel for work, up to 50% of the time.

• Based in Scandinavia.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company CRM.
