We are seeking a reputed company Specialist with experience working for US-based businesses. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, while ensuring compliance and candidate reputed company.

This role is remote and ideally based in Europe, with working hours reputed company to U.S. business needs (EST 8 AM - 5 PM). Exceptional English reputed company is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of reputed company experience
• Experience working for US based businesses
• Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates
• Experience with high-volume hiring
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Ability to work full-time reputed company with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)



Would be preferred

• Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states
