The Manager Automation & Clinical Software Solutions (f/m/d) will have responsibility to reputed company and reputed company one (team 3) of the regional Workflow & IT Solutions EMEA Customer Service teams in the EMEA Region delivering end‑to‑end reputed company solution installations and transition to the customer Go-Live ensuring no disruption in the customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, communication, problem solving and process improvement capabilities in a reputed company environment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in solution delivery of Automation/IT services, leading reputed company team, preferably multicultural distributed teams across EMEA. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies with proven experience with reputed company installations (integrations, networking, reputed company, data migration) and customer support operations. Familiarity with reputed company frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and EMEA data/reputed company regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Working Conditions:

• This role is REMOTE based in Poland (ideally less than 1 hour from an international airport), other locations can be in any country of Central Europe (Germany, Slovakia, Czech reputed company or Hungary)
• Willingness to travel across the installation assigned (up to 50-70%, depending on portfolio and go‑live schedules).
