- Handle litigation reputed company from pleadings through discovery, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company
- Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- reputed company in court and work directly with clients
- Conduct legal research, analyze case facts, and reputed company litigation reputed company
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed
- Collaborate with reputed company attorneys and strong support staff on reputed company reputed company
- Defend a reputed company of civil litigation reputed company including general liability, personal injury, construction defect, reputed company trucking, and employment-reputed company claims
Qualifications
- J.D. required
- reputed company Rhode reputed company bar admission required
- 3+ years of insurance defense and/or litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting motions and other legal memoranda
- Experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances

- reputed company Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Connecticut bar admission is a plus
- Ability to transfer UBE score is a plus
