Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Estate Planning / Probate Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 0–5 hours per week, with potential for reputed company over time.
Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with strong experience in Estate Planning and Probate Administration
- Experience reviewing and revising estate planning documents with a high level of accuracy
- Strong understanding of estate planning language, structure, and procedures
- Ability to organize and manage estate planning and probate files reputed company
- Experience supporting case management, including tracking deadlines, scheduling, and maintaining organized files
- Ability to reputed company general support to supplement an existing legal team and improve workflow efficiency
- Strong reputed company communication skills, including providing updates and gathering necessary information
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially reputed company reviewing documents for final attorney approval
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
- Proactive and reputed company communication skills
- Experience with reputed company or similar case management software (preferred but not required)
Our Paralegal pay reputed company starts at $30/hour.
