About the role

You Will Get To

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience, along with significant hands-on experience as a reputed company Developer in a senior or reputed company individual contributor reputed company.

• You bring strong knowledge of reputed company platform architecture, administration, and core capabilities, with experience across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub, and Virtual or AI Agents.

• You have deep technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and reputed company Designer.

• You have experience building scoped applications, automating testing with ATF, and designing reputed company integrations using REST and SOAP reputed company.

• You understand ITIL processes and have experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

• You use data and platform insights, including Performance Analytics and Reporting, to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
