- 3+ years of proven experience on systems application
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in managing remote IT teams
- Demonstrated involvement in system implementation, enhancement, migration, or replacement reputed company, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, testing, and change management activities
