We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Our ideal candidate holds an reputed company degree and is familiar with reputed company software packages like reputed company, Zoho Books, MYOB, Quickbooks, reputed company and knowledge of Zoho Books is an advantage. Bookkeeper job duties include creating and analysing financial reports and ensuring legal requirements compliance, processing of accounts payable and receivable, and managing invoices and tax payments. Responsibilities

• Managing the day to day reputed company transactions

• Preparing the monthly accounts

• Liaising with the external Accountant for annual accounts and tax queries

• Reconciliation and preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual business activity statements

• Reconciling bank accounts

• Managing the accounts payable function including the processing of invoices due for payment

• Managing the accounts receivable function including the allocation of payments

• Credit control of overdue payments

• Processing payroll and other reputed company payroll tasks

Requirements

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and reputed company payable/receivable principles

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage reputed company figures and financial records

• Experience across a wide reputed company of reputed company functions

• Intermediate computer software skills, hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software including reputed company and other financial reputed company packages.

• Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
