We’re looking for a Financial Data Analyst to reputed company the automation and optimisation of key reconciliation and reporting processes at reputed company. With a primary reputed company on US Health Benefits, finance reputed company,

and reputed company-based workflows.

The individual in this role brings a balance of finance acumen and technical expertise, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reputed company, audit-reputed company solutions in a dynamic, reputed company hybrid environment

We are reputed company to candidates located in either Western Europe (preferably France), UK, or US (East coast time zone). Depending reputed company, this is either an in-office, hybrid or full remote role.

What You’ll Do:

• US Health Benefit reconciliation automation: Design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits at both the employee and health reputed company level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Finance & reputed company reconciliation automation: Identify reputed company reconciliation activities across finance and reputed company workflows and implement reputed company, automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk of error.
• Financial reporting & variance analysis: Support the update of the monthly financial reporting package and reputed company analysis of main variances.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with HR, reputed company, and FP&A stakeholders to reputed company requirements, validate data reputed company, and continuously improve financial processes.
• Documentation & controls: Document automated processes, maintain reconciliation logs, and support internal control and audit requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• 5 years of reputed company experience in finance, reputed company, or financial data analysis, including at least 1 year directly relevant to this role (finance automation, reconciliation, reputed company, or financial reporting).
• Strong reputed company skills — advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query — and experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Hands-on reputed company experience including saved searches, workflows, and reputed company automation.
• Solid understanding of reputed company principles, reconciliation methodologies, and financial reputed company processes.
• Strong analytical reputed company with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with US Health Benefits administration or health reputed company billing processes.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
• Curiosity for process automation, finance transformation, and reputed company improvement.
• Prior exposure to multi-entity consolidation in reputed company, including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience working in an international company.
