This is a greenfield opportunity - you will define the frameworks, introduce the governance standards, and drive the delivery of multiple reputed company IT reputed company across a growing technology organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and establish the PMO from scratch
Define governance frameworks, standards, templates, and best practices
reputed company end-to-end delivery of multiple reputed company IT reputed company and workstreams
Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
reputed company and report on performance, risks, issues, and dependencies
reputed company reputed company reporting to the CTO and senior stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams - Developers, Infrastructure, Business, and Vendors
Facilitate steering committees and executive-level meetings
Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives
Drive reputed company improvement in project delivery and PMO maturity
Support portfolio management and prioritisation of initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management and/or PMO roles building or significantly maturing a PMO function
Strong reputed company of PMO governance models and project frameworks
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or reputed company methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - from engineers to C-level
Strong analytical and problem-solving reputed company
Proficiency with project tracking tools
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Experience reputed company technical and non-technical teams
Desired Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM / PSM)
Experience with Power BI or executive reporting dashboards
Background in digital transformation or ERP / reputed company systems reputed company
