ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

EDUCATION
High School Diploma/ GEDrequired.
Bachelor’s degree inPsychology, SocialServices,reputed company BehaviorServicesor a reputed company fieldof studypreferred.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year of experience in a health care customer service or call center settingwithbachelor’sdegree(or)Three years (3)years ofhealth care customer serviceorcall center settingwith High SchoolDiploma/GEDrequired.
High volume call centerexperience preferred.
Crisis counseling experiencepreferred.
Customer Relationship Software (CRM); Microsoft365/Teams/reputed company based software phone system (Example: reputed company Phone Now);Electronic Health Record (preferablyNetsmartmyAvatar)preferred.
Proficiencyin word processing/data entry skills,general computerknowledgeand associated skills arerequired.

REQUIREMENTS
