The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a reputed company attitude.

This position reports to the Sr. Field Service Manager of the reputed company field service team and will be a fully remote in the reputed company, CA role, supporting our customers in the greater reputed company US states.

In this role you will have reputed company to:

• Proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering reputed company and reputed company relationships with both external and internal customers
• Propose process improvements that improve reputed company customer processes
• Manage a diverse technical product portfolio

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associates degree with 2-3 years of Field Service experience. We will consider trade school or High School Diploma with appropriate industry experience of equivalent complexity as a field service engineer.
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and repair skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills utilized in a reputed company manner

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel daily throughout the reputed company, with 50% overnight travel as business demands
• Must have a valid reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, reputed company or carry equipment and tools up to 50lbs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biology, or reputed company field
• Previous experience with a customer facing role
• Previous experience managing a diverse product portfolio
