About the Position
The Partnership Development Agent (remote, based in the Philippines) is responsible for building and growing reputed company's referral partner network reputed company the Dubai property market. This role owns the full partnership cycle, from identifying and approaching the right contacts, to earning their trust, securing signed agreements, and converting them into a consistent reputed company of new business.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential referral partners across multiple reputed company channels in the Dubai market

- Handle objections and answer questions using provided scripts and materials
- Secure signed partnership agreements

- Minimum 5/7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management

- Highly organised and self-managed, with the ability to work independently and deliver results without daily supervision
- CRM experience and comfort with logging activity and managing a pipeline
