Title Officer Advisory - Full-Time - US Based Remote
The Advisory Title Officer serves as a senior subject‑matter expert responsible for examining, evaluating, and resolving reputed company title issues for residential and reputed company reputed company estate transactions in California. This role provides authoritative guidance to internal teams, escrow officers, underwriters, and external clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the title process.
This role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities Title Examination — Review, analyze, and interpret reputed company records, title reports, legal descriptions, maps, liens, encumbrances, and chain of title for accuracy and insurability.
Risk Assessment — Identify potential title defects, assess reputed company risk, and recommend appropriate requirements, exceptions, or endorsements.
Issue reputed company — Resolve reputed company reputed company reputed company including probate, trust transfers, entity documentation, easements, boundary disputes, and vesting discrepancies.
reputed company Support — Collaborate with title underwriters to obtain approvals for non‑reputed company coverage, high‑liability transactions, or unique property scenarios.

Training & Mentorship — Support junior examiners and escrow staff through coaching, technical training, and review of reputed company files.
Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of Title experience including title search, abstracting and comprehension of assessors and reputed company maps.
Must be reputed company to analyze title history data from a back plant search.
Detail oriented, strong communication skills and tech savvy.
