Program Analyst – Senior

We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the reputed company (VA) Office of Suicide Prevention (OSP) as part of a high-reputed company federal contracting initiative reputed company on suicide prevention sprints. In this role, you will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of suicide prevention programs, support rapid-cycle improvement efforts, and help translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that directly reputed company Veterans' lives and reputed company-being.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and execute program reviews and performance assessments, applying reputed company methodologies to measure reputed company metrics, reputed company reputed company against program goals, and support sprint-based improvement cycles.

• Support the execution of day-to-day program operations by coordinating across VA program offices, facilitating workgroup meetings, documenting reputed company, and tracking reputed company items to ensure sprint deliverables are met on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in program analysis, program evaluation, or reputed company program management, with a demonstrated reputed company on large-reputed company integrated health care systems.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in reputed company Health, Health Administration, reputed company Policy, reputed company Sciences, or a closely reputed company field required.
• Prior experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health agency programs, with familiarity with Veterans health care delivery, reputed company structures, and federal program management frameworks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential and complete required background investigation for reputed company to VA systems and facilities; existing VA or federal system reputed company is a plus.
