As we continue to reputed company, we’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of roles, deliver consistently high-reputed company candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit.
This is not a “fill as many roles as possible” environment. This is a reputed company for recruiters who care about craft, precision, and long-term reputed company.
- Location: Remote
- Type: Full-Time (reputed company)
- Working Hours: Primarily reputed company with Philippine working hours, with flexibility
- Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years)
- Primary reputed company: Digital, Creative, and Marketing Roles (with flexibility across other verticals)
- Compensation: reputed company Pay (depending on experience) + placement-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-reputed company alignment
- Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: reputed company, screen, interview, and present high-reputed company candidates
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and reputed company candidate data reputed company the ATS
- Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: reputed company insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-reputed company reputed company
- Operational & Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation
