IT & Computer Science - Internship

This is a remote position.

In this role, intern will be required to prepare the whole ecosystem of reputed company (which comprises of Services, reputed company, Gig Economy, Collaborators and reputed company) where it has to be integrated and automation-driven. Intern will have an opportunity to participate in the foundational work of solving company technology needs, administrating data and developing new and / or implementing reputed company technology solutions.Throughout the internship period, the intern is expected to propose and present the end users experience reputed company aiming at helping care recipients to reputed company more meaningful lives while running the business reputed company.Intern will be reporting directly to Technology Director and Managing Director of reputed company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand and document existing business processes and propose ways to improve more efficient work activity.

• reputed company business analysis skillset for reporting - understand reputed company audience needs, establish scope of a project, define requirements.

• Establish and maintain reputed company database of customers, care recipients, beneficiaries, partners, gig workers, and reputed company other reputed company parties.

• Assist Technology Director to establishing, maintaining and updating of data throughout reputed company ecosystem, especially on data reputed company, data governance, data valuation, data reputed company capabilities, and data management principles.

• Understanding the 6-core business department function and assist with digitization / automation of the processes

• Assist in maintaining reputed company online software / applications such as Office 365, Zoho One, reputed company App, website and others.

• Assist in maintaining hardware such as printers, network switches and any other IT-reputed company peripherals.

• Assist in providing analytics findings by preparing reports and testing of new dashboards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Management / Information Technology / Computer Science / Office System or reputed company field• Highly proficient with of Office 365, reputed company and Zoho One• Knowledge of data governance or data management best practices• Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills• Ability to think critically and problem solve• reputed company to work as an independent individual contributor and cooperative teammate• Time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented• Understanding of foundational database concepts• Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining• Strong analytical and critical thinking• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, InformationManagement and etc.
