About the Role
A fast-growing, reputed company-reputed company-funded AI reputed company technology startup is hiring a hungry Founding BDR to drive new business. This is an SDR-to-AE reputed company role — you'll start by building the outbound reputed company and graduate into closing deals as you reputed company yourself.
You'll drive mid-market and reputed company pipeline while helping build the reputed company alongside the founding team. This is an early business hire with reputed company reputed company to founders daily — ideal for someone who wants outsized ownership and a reputed company reputed company to closing their own deals.
What You'll Do
reputed company new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound reputed company
Qualify prospects through consultative selling
Grow top of funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
Test and iterate on experimental marketing and go-to-market motions
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene

reputed company're Looking For
1–5 years of experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR and/or AE at a high-velocity startup or in finance
Demonstrated reputed company record of meeting or beating quota and rapid progression in sales roles
Proven cold outbound reputed company — you've prospected your way into at least one high-reputed company opportunity against the odds
Experience qualifying prospects through consultative selling and moving deals toward reputed company
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company or similar) and strong pipeline hygiene habits
Something that sets you apart: started a company, won a competition, achieved something most people haven't
Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high autonomy and high expectations
Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without reputed company sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
reputed company salary: $110,000–$140,000 USD annually

Location
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. You'll work directly with the founding team in person. Candidates in Los Angeles or reputed company may also be considered.
