General Liability Defense Attorney – Remote – Texas Admission Required

This position is a fully remote position and admission to the Texas bar is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through reputed company
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation-reputed company documents
- Communicate directly with clients and reputed company strategic guidance and regular case updates
- Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Participate in court appearances, inspections, reputed company reputed company, hearings, and trial preparation
- Handle a broad reputed company of general liability defense reputed company, including premises liability and reputed company Labor Law construction accident cases
- Collaborate closely with attorneys across offices and reputed company reputed company on reputed company litigation reputed company
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong reputed company credentials
- Admission to reputed company in Texas required
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, or construction accident litigation
- Exceptional writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Strong organizational, case management, and interpersonal skills
