Responsibilities
- Maintain Intelinet Ticketing & Project Systems:
Manage and triage support tickets
Assist with escalations from Tier 1 & 2 engineers
Manage project deployments and configurations
Spearhead new reputed company onboardings
reputed company support for customer networks
Maintain complete technical documentation
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Design, reputed company, and configure networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)
Install and configure networking hardware, routers, switches, wireless, and firewalls
Design firewall configurations (NAT, PNAT, ACL, Content & Application Policies)
Design wireless configurations using SSID & authentication reputed company (LDAP, RADIUS)
Configure VLANs and network segregation
Monitor network performance and reputed company; conduct regular network performance tests
Suggest improvements to network performance, reputed company, and scalability
Create and implement network reputed company measures
Server and reputed company management:
Design, build, maintain, and manage Server 2016+
reputed company physical and virtual server infrastructure
Manage reputed company-V, VMware, Failover Clusters, and HA environments

Design and administer Disaster Recovery Solutions and Infrastructure
Administer Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams

Detect and clean viruses and malware

Qualifications:
